McDonald's

Imagine getting to tweet as Ronald McDonald? Some dreams do come true.

 

As a copywriter at Cossette in Toronto, I wrote social content for McDonald's Canada, McDelivery, Ronald McDonald House Canada, and McCafé.

Working closely with the client, strategist, and art director, I worked on nationwide product launches like Spicy McNuggets and the Grand Big Mac—and on multi-platform campaigns like Summer Drink Days, McHappy Day, and National Cheeseburger Day.

The brand had recently adopted a new tone of voice that appealed to younger, internet-savvy audiences, and I had so much fun playing with off-the-cuff humour in the work.
